Qingdao Conson Tourism & Hotel Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qingdao Conson Development (Group) Co., Ltd., and is one of the core enterprises of Conson Group's service industry. The Company was established in March 2014 with a registered capital of CNY 200 million.
The Company is established on the basis of the original Haitian Hotel Co., Ltd. and Dongfang Hotel Co., Ltd. The original Qingdao Haitian Hotel is the first five-star hotel receiving foreign guests in Shandong Province, and the former Dongfang Hotel is one of the first batch of four-star hotels in Qingdao.
